I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location is perfect, right in the midst of a bustling port. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were nice and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi and a TV. And to top it all off, the breakfast included was a great bonus! The attention to detail in this hotel is commendable, from the beautiful plants everywhere to the open terraces that give it a Spanish villa feel. this hotel offers excellent value for money, surpassing other places in Guatemala of lower rating.
No complaints, everything was just perfect!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel in a quiet part of town. The staff was extremely accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including good wifi and air conditioning. The courtyard was lovely, filled with green plants and open terraces that gave it a Spanish villa style. The breakfast included in the price was delicious, and there was also a restaurant with a great selection of dishes for dinner. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff at the reception who went out of their way to assist me.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

This hotel is located in the midst of a port, but it is a pleasant and quiet abode, ideal for business travelers. Despite the lack of basic toiletries in the bathroom, the friendly staff ensures you feel at home. the quality of finishes is top-notch and the rooms are clean, with good wifi and air con. Breakfast is included in the price, and you can explore the nearby area for good eats.
The room is quite small with only power on one side of the room, making it difficult to charge your phone conveniently.

Spent my Easter weekend at a lovely hotel in a charming coastal town. The staff was incredible and very accommodating, making sure that I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing and I loved the local fruit juices. The hotel was situated perfectly, walking distance from the bus station and pier. I enjoyed the beautiful sea breeze on the terrace.
Though I had a great stay, the beds could have been a bit more comfortable, however, this didn't impact my overall experience. It could have also been great to have better pillows, but the strong and consistent Wi-Fi made up for it.

This hotel is an excellent value for the money. the location is very convenient, situated in between the bus stations and the pier. the breakfast is tasty with several options to choose from. the rooms are clean, and the air conditioning works great. the staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel at home.
The beds could have been more comfortable, and the Wi-Fi did not reach the rooms. Other than that, this hotel is a hidden gem in the city and a perfect place to stay for anyone exploring the area.
